About The Doc: Vernon has serviced major household appliances since 1974 when he started servicing appliances and equipment for a national fast food chain. Shortly thereafter, he started a part-time repair business which grew into a full-time career in 1980. He is factory uthorized to service products under warranty. Currently, he trains new appliance technicians and attends new product training courses several times a year.
